Youth for the 21st Century (Y21)

The Y21 movement was initiated in 1998 with a goal of mobilizing 10,000 Youth by the year 2010 for evangelism, leadership and church planting.

Primary objectives:

  • To form youth teams in all churches
  • To conduct special outreach programs geared toward young people
  • To help young people grow spiritually and to increase their knowledge of the Scripture
  • To form fervent prayer groups
  • To train young people how to assist their pastors in all areas of church ministry
  • To teach youth how to be a bridge between the church and their community
The updated goal of the movement is to train 100,000 young leaders for ministry by the year 2020..
